Here is the solution tested on Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8.
SOFTWARE:
• KDC - Windows Server 2008R2
• XMPP server - Openfire 3.8.2 on Debian 7.0 with OpenJDK 6
• XMPP client - Spark 2.6.3 with JRE6 (offline installer).

• XMPP client - Spark 2.6.3 with JRE6 (offline installer).
UPDATE 2016/05/08:
• XMPP server - Openfire 4.0.2 on Debian 8.4 with Oracle Java 1.8.0_91
• XMPP client - Spark 2.7.7 with JRE8 (offline installer).

PREREQUISITES:
You already have installed (and configured for SSO) Openfire server.
I used this tutorial: http://community.igniterealtime.org/docs/DOC-1060
The only change I made is the way of generating keytab file. I run the ktpass command on Windows Server 2008R2 with additional options '-out xmpp.keytab -crypto all'.

8 Steps total
Step 1: Installation script
Spark offline installer was generated by install4j. According to install4j manual, the installer can be started in unattended mode. This is the feature we are looking for. Additionally we can pass the installation directory parameter to the installer. Let's embody our intentions in the script. The script:
• silently installs Spark client into the %ProgramFiles%Spark directory regardless of the OS architecture. It will be helpful, if you decide to schedule the Spark startup with a group policy - the only task without the targeting on OS;
• modifies the registry to allow Java to access the credential cache;
• creates the firewall rules.
NEW (2016-05-08): replaces the Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files (see step 8).

Step 2: Script for setting parameters of Spark XMPP client
The script is intended to run as logon user script. This guarantees the user can't totally break the connection settings.
Get the spark_properties.cmd file in Script Center:

' Define your parameters '.
Actually you may change only two parameters in the script: xmppHost and server.

Step 6: Group Policy - Registry settings for SSO
The registry key AllowTGTSessionKey created by installation script. So this is the alternate way to write it out.
